What this page covers

Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. This page lists the cookies and similar browser storage that monksbymonastic.com uses, why, and how to control them.

Cookies and storage we use

• mm_attr (our own cookie): set only when you arrive from one of our ad links that carries link tags. It keeps those tags for up to 30 days so that, if you book a call, we know which ad brought you. It is not set on ordinary visits.
• Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc, set by Meta): record page visits and booked calls so we can see which Facebook and Instagram ads lead to calls and show ads to people they are relevant to. They are used on our public pages, never on our design preview pages.
• mbm_book_click and mbm_booked_eid (session storage, this tab only): mark that you pressed Book in this tab, so a booked call is counted once. They clear when you close the tab.
• mbm-learn-auth (local storage, student area only): keeps you signed in to /learn/ until you sign out.
• mbm_banner_* (session storage): remembers that you closed a notice banner, for this tab only.

What we do not use

We do not use cookies to sell your data, and we do not run other advertising networks on this website.

Your choices

• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website still works without them, although we will not know which ad brought you.
• Manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences.
